G20 Seoul S. Korea
Thanks to our lovely Asian corespondent in South Korea, we have been able to broadcast up to the minute coverage of the G20 Summit in Seoul. We have also received some beautiful photos of the area from her and have posted them to the davegtv flickr photostream. I found this big silver ball to be interesting. If you look at some of the video coverage you'll see that there are dozens of LCD Tv's projecting images of the World Leaders onto the ball. Each with a seperate smaller Screen below portraying his or her corresponding country, transitioning to psychedelic effects once in a while. Now obviously this is all very symbolic of the Democratic leaders of the world coming together to save the world economy and end Poverty and what have you. But it's just a mirror image; a reflection and illusion. As we've seen after the G20 Summit in Toronto last June, the G20 represents an awesome abuse of power and authority unlike anything the world has seen throughout history. At least not with this type of technology at there disposal. Oooh it's shiney!
